All the times are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery, which takes 7-12 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.
Some rugs are made to order between 10 and 60 days. Please read the product description or reach out to us if you like to know a tentative delivery date.
We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective, or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space, you are responsible for the returns.

Love this rug. Quick delivery, and the appearance and quality of the rug were exactly as expected.
This is my second rug from the Rug Decor. The first was custom made, and exceeded my expectations. This one was in stock, and also of the same fabulous quality. Customer service is always very responsive and helpful. I will look at Rug Decor first when I need to buy another rug. I love hand knotted rugs so I’m really glad I gave them a try!
The company has done everything as expected. The rug is nice and was not misrepresented but I don't love it like I thought I would and I can't explain why.

The rug I recieved looks nothing like the image I was promised. I picked this rug because it was various shades of olive with light blue and subtle purple accent colors, hence the rug name. However, the rug I recieved is light green, beige, and DARK RED. Every shape or detail in the rug pattern is outlined in a thick, dark red color, which is clearly not in the picture online. I spent days deciding which rug to order to find the right fit because this was a huge purchase for me. I then waited THREE MONTHS for it to be made and shipped. And now it doesnt even match my living room. I wouldn’t care if the shade of green was slightly off or the blue wasn’t as vibrant as in the picture- those differences are understandable. This is different. There should NOT be this much red or dark brown based on the image on the website. I am devastated that what I received is not what I paid for and I can’t believe something this expensive could end up being the wrong color. I feel like I got scammed.
Beautiful rug, super soft underfoot and cozy to walk on. Made the room feel complete. Very nice quality, especially for the reasonable price of the custom sized rug.
It took a little patience while the rug was being made to a specialty size, but it is absolutely beautiful. The colors are so natural and Earth tone. Workmanship is exquisite.

I received the wrong rug in shipment and Rug Decor has made it extremely difficult and complicated to correct the issue. They’ve expected the customer to take on the price and burden of repackaging and ceased communication when it didn’t suit them. Will not be ordering from them again. Super unfortunate because this seemed like a beautiful rug, but I wouldn’t know.
I love this rug and love that I was able to order a custom size to fit my space perfectly. The colors are beautiful, the design is gorgeous, and the quality is great.
I love my new rug! It looks exactly like the online picture. It’s a little looser weave, but not a problem. I got the 9 x 13 and it’s a perfect fit for my den. I will buy from Rug Decor again!

Always a bit anxious to order items that are being shipped internationally, but had smooth delivery from Fed Ex. Although it requires a bit of work to get the rug unwrapped, the end result was well worth the effort.

Received the pink, beige and olive rug much sooner than I thought I would. The picture is deceiving as the rug is a muddy green versus the brighter green shown in the photo. The rug, however, is very pretty and will work well with my space. Soft and a nice thickness.
