The Rug Decor, Inc. Shipping & Return Policy

I. Shipping & Delivery

The Rug Decor, Inc. is committed to delivering your purchase in a secure and timely manner.

  • Standard Delivery (Complimentary): All rug orders are eligible for complimentary shipping via our trusted partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. This service delivers the rug to your doorstep.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Product Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect all packages for visible damage before accepting delivery. If you observe any damage to the packaging, you must make a note of it with the carrier's delivery person. By signing for the delivery, you are acknowledging that the product was received in good condition.

  • International Shipping & Customs Duties: For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid to the shipping carrier or customs office upon delivery.

II. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions.

  • Return Window: We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in new, unused condition, free of damage, and in its original protective packaging. The Rug Decor, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee for any item that is not in new and resalable condition.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@therugdecor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

  • Return Shipping:

  • Free Returns: We offer complimentary return shipping for any rug that arrives with a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: For all other returns, including those for reasons such as a change of mind or not matching the space, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the rug and will be deducted from your final refund amount. The exact cost will be provided to you when you request your return authorization.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

  • Large-Size Rugs: Rugs in sizes 10'x14' and larger are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturer's defect or were damaged during shipping.

  • Custom Orders: Any rugs that were specially made or customized for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be the full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.

This Shipping and Return Policy is part of and governed by The Rug Decor, Inc. Terms of Use. Any disputes, limitations on liability, and other general terms are subject to the provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, including the mandatory arbitration clause.
