SHIPPING, CUSTOM DUTIES AND RETURNS
All the times are shipped for free via DHL, FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery which takes 3-10 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.
IMPORT DUTIES -
Import and custom duties are beyond our control, these are charged by local authorities. These charges are not included in your order and you need to pay them to the shipping companies or to the custom offices.
Depending on the availability of an item, its shipped from either our USA warehouse or India warehouse.
Returns are easy and free for most of our items within 15 days of delivery.
We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space you are responsible for the returns.

🚨10x14 and 12x15 - RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED!
Things to keep in mind to receive a full refund:
- All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in original protective packaging, otherwise, we will send back in lieu of a refund.
- We will send you a prepaid return label.
To start your return, just email us at info@therugdecor.com with your order number and details, we will send you a return label. Once you receive your prepaid return label, you can drop off your package at any FedEx or UPS location or we can arrange a pickup.
Be sure to hang on to the return receipt you receive from FedEx/UPS, just in case! We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return.
Please be sure to reuse all protective original packaging elements to ensure your return arrives safely and in original condition. An item must be returned in original condition to be considered for a full refund.
As a reminder, returns must be initiated within 15 days of original delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
