The rug looked great when I opened it. I chose it specifically because it was made from pet yarn which is said to be a durable material. After only one week of having it in the home it became very fuzzy and pilled up far beyond what would be acceptable, despite following care instructions exactly. I emailed about my dissatisfaction and a photo, and was told it wasn’t a product problem, and I could return it by paying about $140 in return shipping if I wanted to. I believe a seller on any platform should stand behind their products. Very regretful of this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beautiful
Custom Made Vintage Style Olive, Rust and Ivory Hand knotted Traditional wool Area Rug
Looked for a long time to find a non-wool area rug that was both beautiful and plush. This one was perfect! Can't believe how the wrinkles fell out over 24-48 hours as promised. Followed all the directions and I'm so pleased with the results. Also bought a good rug pad for under it. I love walking on our new rug!
Our client is very happy with the rug. It "wows" the room. Thank you.
Custom Made Blue and Ivory Antique Style Hand knotted Oriental Oushak wool Area Rug

Color was completely different and completely cannot be used in my room.
Traditional Maroon, Green and Beige Antique Donegal Design Hand knotted Area Rug
Pretty rug but came with a stain on it and a very chemical-like smell that took over 7 days to air out. After a couple of vacuums it began to fuzz up.
This rug is the PERFECT complement to Farrow & Ball Scallop paint. The rug is a slightly deeper in tone with variances in color that are rich. It looks like this rug and paint were formulated to live together!

Vibrant Colorful Aqua, Ivory, Gold and Rust Hand Knotted Traditional Oushak Multi Size wool Area Rug
Not the colors it shows or says. The “silver” is more of a light tan Sisal. It’s not a bad rug but I was really looking for something with silver and no part of it is silver - and it can’t be returned.
Had a very strong chemical order. Been vacuuming and left windows open in the room.
It’s a beautiful rug. I’m thrilled with my purchase! It’s just the look I needed for my living room. Since the rug I ordered was in stock. It didn’t take too long to receive and everything processed seamlessly.

Pink, Olive and Beige Traditional Vintage Heriz Serapi Wool Rug
I have ordered 4 rugs from y’all now. Each one has been great! The wrong size was sent on my 4th purchase, and when I contacted rugdecor.com they had already noted the problem and the correct rug arrived the very next day! They even told me to keep the smaller incorrect size rug, which I also love and found a place for in my home! I love this website!
We waited awhile, but it was worth the wait! It is incredibly gorgeous and looks so expensive and high quality. We are so happy with it!!!
Tree of life Gray, Charcoal and Ivory Hand knotted Traditional Floral Multi Size wool Area Rug
Overall very happy with our rug! The colors are true to what was shown in pictures on the website and the quality exceeded expectations - the rug is very soft and plush under foot, and the finished edges are well done. The price was a great value for a custom rug of this quality. My only complaint is that the rug took about a month longer to arrive than originally quoted. Customer service provided updates when we reached out via email and the delivery was very fast once the rug was shipped. Overall, a great experience and I would consider again for future purchases.

Golden-Brown and Charcoal Modern leopard Design Hand knotted multi Size wool area rug
The colors of this rug are so vibrant and rich! It completes my living room the exact way I hoped it would. I will say, it did take a very long time to receive the rug. Once the reasoning was explained I totally understood and was happy to wait patiently. I'm not sure if the heat during the process is what caused some of the dye transfer, but I don't really mind. It just makes it look more aged than it is. This is the fourth rug I've purchased from The Rug Decor...it won't be the last.
Vibrant Colorful Silver, Green and Light Peach Hand knotted Oushak wool Area Rug
This 9x12 rug was well worth the wait - 6 our of 5 stars!!! It took ~4 months but the customer service was incredibly quick to respond throughout the whole 4 months while I checked in. It also shipped incredibly fast (~3 days from India to my door). I am so pleased with the quality and how beautiful it will look once its fully arranged in my space. (This pic is from the day I opened it) I will definitely be sharing this company with my family/friends and I wouldn't be surprised if I ordered from them again in the near future. Again, it is so gorgeous, so high quality and I'm so happy!!!!

Nice quality and design. Very comfortable under my feet. Had to vacuum a few times to pick up the lose wool/threads, but otherwise it's a beautiful piece of solid quality. And it was a really good price for me.
