I have ordered 4 rugs from y’all now. Each one has been great! The wrong size was sent on my 4th purchase, and when I contacted rugdecor.com they had already noted the problem and the correct rug arrived the very next day! They even told me to keep the smaller incorrect size rug, which I also love and found a place for in my home! I love this website!
Overall very happy with our rug! The colors are true to what was shown in pictures on the website and the quality exceeded expectations - the rug is very soft and plush under foot, and the finished edges are well done. The price was a great value for a custom rug of this quality. My only complaint is that the rug took about a month longer to arrive than originally quoted. Customer service provided updates when we reached out via email and the delivery was very fast once the rug was shipped. Overall, a great experience and I would consider again for future purchases.
Rug looks great! A little bit lighter in color than pictured and took a long time to arrive, but was made to order. Overall very happy with this purchase.
The colors of this rug are so vibrant and rich! It completes my living room the exact way I hoped it would. I will say, it did take a very long time to receive the rug. Once the reasoning was explained I totally understood and was happy to wait patiently. I'm not sure if the heat during the process is what caused some of the dye transfer, but I don't really mind. It just makes it look more aged than it is. This is the fourth rug I've purchased from The Rug Decor...it won't be the last.
This 9x12 rug was well worth the wait - 6 our of 5 stars!!! It took ~4 months but the customer service was incredibly quick to respond throughout the whole 4 months while I checked in. It also shipped incredibly fast (~3 days from India to my door). I am so pleased with the quality and how beautiful it will look once its fully arranged in my space. (This pic is from the day I opened it)
I will definitely be sharing this company with my family/friends and I wouldn't be surprised if I ordered from them again in the near future. Again, it is so gorgeous, so high quality and I'm so happy!!!!
Nice quality and design. Very comfortable under my feet. Had to vacuum a few times to pick up the lose wool/threads, but otherwise it's a beautiful piece of solid quality. And it was a really good price for me.
The rug is gray not beige. Requested return same day as received and have no response. Now you want my feedback. Why don't you pay more attention to handling customer service problems instead of talking to a computer and making it not possible to contact you in the manner you provide. Now I have 3 rugs I cannot use and do not want to have any further contact with your company.

The rugs do not look good in our space and I submitted a return request 8 days ago and a reminder and have not heard anything back. I’m aware that we need to return the rugs in less than 30 days to get a refund.

Shipment received as expected. I like the rug okay. I don't absolutely love it. I'm disappointed in the fringe on the rug, as it is not quite like any others I have owned or currently own.
My clients love their new rug- the colors are true to the online images and the workmanship and quality is just perfect. The third rug I've ordered from The Rug Decor for clients and am awaiting a 4th- really happy with all the rugs we've been able to source with them.
The rug is beautiful. One of the photos shows the 1x1 sample I ordered on top of the rug. The colors vary depending on your lighting. The rug looks lighter near my window and darker further away. The background color is a muted gray blue, then there’s a lighter dusty teal on the border and pops of cobalt blue. There are pops of moss green, light yellow, light dusty pink, cream, taupe. I custom ordered the rug (9x12). It took 2.5 months to make and then received it about 5 days after it shipped on west coast US. The rug is soft. I have it sitting on a thin rubber pad but I might upgrade to a thicker pad. It came wrapped in 5 layers of plastic. It’s perfect for my living room.
The rug is beautiful and very soft.I would rate it even higher, but the color is off from the picture. It's a lighter blue than I expected, but overall, not enough to warrant sending it back.
This is my second rug from the Rug Decor. The first was custom made, and exceeded my expectations. This one was in stock, and also of the same fabulous quality. Customer service is always very responsive and helpful. I will look at Rug Decor first when I need to buy another rug. I love hand knotted rugs so I’m really glad I gave them a try!
Very upset. Color of rug in photo very different then in real life, so we went to return it and company is saying it is $100 charge to return!!!???? Have never heard of such a thing and I shop many brands large and small. Regret ordering this rug from this company.
