All the times are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery, which takes 7-12 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.

Some rugs are made to order between 10 and 60 days. Please read the product description or reach out to us if you like to know a tentative delivery date.

We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective, or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space, you are responsible for the returns.

Absolutely obsessed with this rug! It took about two months since it’s made to order, but the quality is really good. No surprise costs either, which I really appreciated. I love the dark greens of this rug and the brown and blue accent colors blend in well. The white shapes do not pop out in person as they do on the images on the website. It’s a substantial, heavy rug that feels lovely and soft underfoot. It lay flat right away and has not shed. It feels high quality. Thank you to the weavers!

The rug is great. The downside is that I got a 25% tariff bill for $200 from FedEx after having the rug for a month. I did not know the rug was shipping from India and I’m not sure the tariff was even in place when I purchased the rug (it took 50 days to ship).
