All the times are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery, which takes 7-12 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.
Some rugs are made to order between 10 and 60 days. Please read the product description or reach out to us if you like to know a tentative delivery date.
We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective, or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space, you are responsible for the returns.

• Size Variation: Each rug is hand-made, so slight size variations may occur. A tolerance of up to ±3 inches in length or width is considered normal for handmade rugs.
• Color Variation: Rug colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and device display. We try our best to represent colors as accurately as possible.
• Handmade Characteristics: Small variations in weave, pattern, and texture are natural in handmade rugs and are part of their unique character.
• Creasing or Folding Marks: Rugs may arrive with temporary creases due to packaging. These will naturally relax within a few days once the rug is laid flat.
• Handcrafted Imperfections: Minor irregularities in color tone, knotting, or finishing are a hallmark of authentic handmade rugs and should not be considered defects.
