All the times are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery, which takes 7-12 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.
Some rugs are made to order between 10 and 60 days. Please read the product description or reach out to us if you like to know a tentative delivery date.
We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective, or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space, you are responsible for the returns.

The rug is beautiful. One of the photos shows the 1x1 sample I ordered on top of the rug. The colors vary depending on your lighting. The rug looks lighter near my window and darker further away. The background color is a muted gray blue, then there’s a lighter dusty teal on the border and pops of cobalt blue. There are pops of moss green, light yellow, light dusty pink, cream, taupe. I custom ordered the rug (9x12). It took 2.5 months to make and then received it about 5 days after it shipped on west coast US. The rug is soft. I have it sitting on a thin rubber pad but I might upgrade to a thicker pad. It came wrapped in 5 layers of plastic. It’s perfect for my living room.
The sample piece is a good representation of all the colors of the rug. It is very helpful for making a decision. I plan to order the full size rug soon.
Beautifully well done, very soft and colors are exactly as they were in the pictures. This rug really adds to my decor, and the craftsmanship is fantastic.
The photo did not convey the design and nap of the rug and I was totally disappointed as I opened it. As I needed to return it I communicated with the seller and that went a bit slowly. Though stated, the return fee just added to the disappointment.
Very happy with it. Received in California 15 days after I ordered. Nice and soft. Well packaged as others mentioned. No odor, all natural materials. Colors in my photo are pretty true, except the pink which is less saturated in real life.
I ordered a small runner to check quality before I invested in two large squares. Very pleased with the rug.. colors are true and vibrant. Construction is exactly as described and we find the pile very soft and plush when paired with a pad. Be aware that based on the knot count, the style is nubby rather than smooth. Makes for a casual look with quality materials. The order/delivery timeline ended up only about a month for my small purchase, which is fast considering it was special order from India. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this shop.
Beautiful rug. It would be helpful to see pictures of the different rugs in the actual sizes because when you see the largest rug in the level of detail, it�s quite different when the rug is at a smaller size where you may only have a couple central motives. It�s just not exactly accurate. But great quality, fast delivery.
The rug that arrived is not the rug I ordered. It's close but clearly different. It's a nice rug and I'm going to keep it but it is not the rug that was in the photo when I ordered.
My rug is gorgeous! It is just so beautiful and soft. My kids love how it feels so cozy. I would buy this rug over and over again if I had to. Will definitely be shopping here more.

The rug is nice, no doubt about that. And the customer service couldnt' be better. However, i didnt' read the description as well as i should have - 25 stitches per square inch. Do not expect a tightly woven expensive looking rug. That said it is pure wool, soft, etc and if you know what you are getting you will love it. I like it fine.
Even softer and more beautiful than I’d hoped!! I love this rug. The colors are rich yet not too bright. I love how many different colors are in this rug. It’s going to look beautiful in my sitting room.
