 Avoid prolonged moisture
 Vacuum regularly and/or shake to remove dust
 Do not pull any loose threads. Use scissors to simply cut the ends
 The blot spills immediately with a white cloth. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade the rug
 Use rug protectors under heavy furniture
Shipping and return
All the times are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS through standard home delivery, which takes 7-12 days depending on the location the item needs to be delivered.
Some rugs are made to order between 10 and 60 days. Please read the product description or reach out to us if you like to know a tentative delivery date.
We only accept free returns if they don't match the images, are defective, or are damaged in transit. If you changed your mind or don't match the space, you are responsible for the returns.

• Size Variation: Each rug is hand-made, so slight size variations may occur. A tolerance of up to ±3 inches in length or width is considered normal for handmade rugs.
• Color Variation: Rug colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and device display. We try our best to represent colors as accurately as possible.
• Handmade Characteristics: Small variations in weave, pattern, and texture are natural in handmade rugs and are part of their unique character.
• Creasing or Folding Marks: Rugs may arrive with temporary creases due to packaging. These will naturally relax within a few days once the rug is laid flat.
• Handcrafted Imperfections: Minor irregularities in color tone, knotting, or finishing are a hallmark of authentic handmade rugs and should not be considered defects.

The rug I recieved looks nothing like the image I was promised. I picked this rug because it was various shades of olive with light blue and subtle purple accent colors, hence the rug name. However, the rug I recieved is light green, beige, and DARK RED. Every shape or detail in the rug pattern is outlined in a thick, dark red color, which is clearly not in the picture online. I spent days deciding which rug to order to find the right fit because this was a huge purchase for me. I then waited THREE MONTHS for it to be made and shipped. And now it doesnt even match my living room. I wouldn’t care if the shade of green was slightly off or the blue wasn’t as vibrant as in the picture- those differences are understandable. This is different. There should NOT be this much red or dark brown based on the image on the website. I am devastated that what I received is not what I paid for and I can’t believe something this expensive could end up being the wrong color. I feel like I got scammed.

I received the wrong rug in shipment and Rug Decor has made it extremely difficult and complicated to correct the issue. They’ve expected the customer to take on the price and burden of repackaging and ceased communication when it didn’t suit them. Will not be ordering from them again. As others have commented, this rug won't disappoint. The colors are vibrant and the wool feels soft and luxurious under foot.
Always a bit anxious to order items that are being shipped internationally, but had smooth delivery from Fed Ex. Although it requires a bit of work to get the rug unwrapped, the end result was well worth the effort.
